From today you can buy Orbtile. There are two ways to do it, and both are one-time purchases.
The Founder licence
EUR 39, for the first 1000 people who want to back Orbtile early:
- Your Orbtile 1.x licence for up to 5 computers, in any mix of Mac and Windows, with every 1.x update.
- Spawn, Crosstalk and Shared Memory for life, at no extra cost, as each one ships. They're in development and have no release date yet; if none has shipped within 12 months, ask and we refund EUR 10.
- Priority support: Founders' support questions are answered first.
When the 1000 are gone, the Founder licence is gone for good.
The Orbtile 1.x licence
Pay what you want, from EUR 19 (suggested EUR 29), for the same 1.x licence: up to 5 computers, Mac or Windows, every 1.x update, no subscription.
What happens to the beta
Nothing changes yet. The free beta runs until Orbtile 0.3.0, planned for mid-November. Then each computer gets a 15-day trial, and a licence keeps Orbtile running after that. If you buy now, enter your licence key in Settings > Licence and that computer keeps going when the beta ends.
The details
Prices include VAT. Stripe sells the licences as the merchant of record and handles the payment and your invoice; your card details never reach us. You get your licence key on the thank-you page and by email, and a full refund within 60 days if Orbtile isn't for you.
For organisations, Orbtile Enterprise is EUR 159.99 per 3 computers, one-time, from Sales.
