Spawn
Hand a task from the agent you are talking to over to another provider, with your approval before it runs and your review before anything changes.

What it does today
- Keep your orchestrator. Stay in the conversation with the model you prefer. When a task suits another provider, your agent can propose a run for Claude Code or Codex.
- Play to each model's strengths. You pick the provider and model for each task, so every job goes where it fits best.
- Ask for a handoff when quota runs low. You watch your own quotas. When one provider is running low, ask your agent to hand the run to the other provider and carry on. Handoffs happen when you ask; Orbtile does not switch providers by itself.
- Investigate or implement. Ask for an investigation that changes nothing, or an implementation in its own copy of your Git project, started from your last commit.
- Follow the run. See its state, its report and the files it changed.
How you stay in control
- Approve the exact brief. Provider, model and permissions are shown on your Mac before anything starts. Any change needs a new approval.
- Review before applying. Read the changes, export a patch, then choose whether they go into your checkout.
- Cancel or discard. Cancel a run, retry it as a new run, or discard its workspace after seeing exactly what you would lose.
Where it's going
Direction: more providers to hand work to, so each task can go to the model that does it best, while you keep talking to the one you prefer.
